Was Jesus Crucified bible says No!

Analysing the alleged Resurrection using both Islamic and Christian source!

According to early classical commentator Jesus Pbuh before his alleged crucifixion was saved through the disguise of appearance, this includes facial looks, what's more fascinating is if one scrutinises the gospels resurrection events we find some what similar where Jesus of the bible seems to have changed in appearance where he is not recognised... Let's analyse these crucial info from both source:

------------------

Firstly the Quran is clear that Jesus Pbuh was not killed nor crucified but it appeared to them:
157. That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah.  but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not.158. Nay, Allah raised him up unto Himself; and Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise  (Surah 4:157-158)

Classical Muslim commentary...

Regarding these verses, the great exegete, Hafiz Ibn Katheer writes in Al Bidaya wan Nihayah:-

Ibn Abu Hatim has narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas saying: “When Allah wanted to lift him up to heaven, Jesus came to his companions in the house. There were twelve people, with some from among his disciples. He had just taken a bath, and his head was still dribbling with water, He said to them: ‘There are those among you who will disbelieve in me twelve times after he had believed in me.’ Then he said: ‘Who from among you will take my likeness and be killed in my place, so he will reach my rank?’ A youth came forward. But Jesus said to him: ‘Sit down.’ Then he repeated the same question, and the same youth stood up and came forward, and said: ‘I.’ Jesus said: ‘You are the one,’ and then the likeness of Jesus was put on him, and Jesus was lifted up to the heaven from the window (in the roof) of the house.”
The Jews came looking for him. They took the youth and killed him and then crucified him. Later the Christians became divided into three groups. One group, who are called Jacobites (Ya ‘qubiyah), believe that it was God Himself among them who stayed with them as long as He wanted to, then went back to the heaven. Another group who are called Nestorian (Nasturiyah), believed that it was the son of Allah who was with them, and stayed among them as long as he wanted, then Allah lifted him up. But the group of true believers said that he was the slave of Allah and His Messenger who stayed among them as long as he wanted, then his Lord Allah took him up to Him. The two disbeliever groups joined together against the believer group and killed them, and so the real teachings of Islam taught by Jesus became obscure till Allah sent the Prophet Muhammad.
Hasan Basri and Ibn Ishaq said: The king, who ordered the killing of Jesus, was David bin Naura. He commanded Jesus to be killed and crucified. They surrounded Jesus who was in a house inside Bait-ul Maqdis. It was a Saturday night. When they were about to enter the house, his likeness was put on one of those who were present there with him. And Jesus was lifted up from the window (in the roof) of that house to the heaven. When the police entered the house they found the youth on whom the likeness of Jesus was put, so they took him and crucified him. They even put a crown of thorns on his head to mock him. Those Christians who were not present there at that time, believed what Jews claimed, that they killed Jesus.

From the above classical commentary we can see that Jesus Pbuh was saved and his likeness was put on the cross instead of him. And what's more fascinating we have a good source of evidence where the gospels agree... Let's analyse the gospels :

---------------------------------------------------------

Biblical gospels accounts States many occasions where the followers of Jesus did not recognise him during the alleged resurrection period

Point one
14 Having said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing, but she did not know that it was Jesus. 15 Jesus said to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking?” Supposing him to be the gardener, she said to him, “Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have laid him, and I will take him away.” 16 Jesus said to her, “Mary.” She turned and said to him in Aramaic,“Rabboni!” (which means Teacher).(John 20:14-16)
Notice from the above passage how Mary Magdalene saw Jesus but didn't recognise him? Until he said her name with a distinctive voice?... Read carefully she saw him yet thought he was a gardener?

----------------
Second point:

13 That very day two of them were going to a village named Emmaus, about seven milesfrom Jerusalem, 14 and they were talking with each other about all these things that had happened. 15 While they were talking and discussing together, Jesus himself drew near and went with them. 16 But their eyes were kept from recognizing him. (Luke 24:13-16)
30 When he was at table with them, he took the bread and blessed and broke it and gave it to them. 31 And their eyes were opened, and they recognized him. And he vanished from their sight.  (Luke 24:30-31)

Notice from the above passage found in Luke how the two disciples of Jesus traveling to Emmaus met Jesus personally but could not recognise him? Only after Walking with him for miles when they Sat down to eat they knew it was Jesus by the way he broke bread? And what fascinating he disappeared?????????? The question is if he resurrected in his flesh how did he manage to disappear?

----------------
Third point

But the eleven disciples went into Galilee, unto the mountain where Jesus had appointed them. And seeing them they adored: but some doubted?
(Matthew 28:16-17)

From the above which raises a serious problem if the disciples where suppose to have been told of Jesus resurrecting why did some doubt?? And bear in mind there were 11 disciples only excluding judas iscariot.. What's worse thomas doubted Jesus even Pilate doubted how could Jesus give up his ghost so quick on the cross? Mark 15:44

----------------

Forth point
Now let's examine other  passage from the bible where Jesus was saved, by means of people not recognising him. We know by explicit statements made by Jesus that he prayed to be saved and his player was answered...

And He was saying, "Abba! Father! All things are possible for You; remove this cup from Me; yet not what I will, but what You will."
(Mark 14:36)

While Jesus was here on earth, he offered prayers and pleadings, with a loud cry and tears, to the one who could rescue him from death. And God heard his prayers because of his deep reverence for God. (Hebrews 5:7)

From the above two passages we can see Jesus prayed to be saved and his prayer was answered thus is was saved!! But the question is how was he saved ?? Let's find out:
and with all the deception of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie  (2 Thessalonians 2:10-11)

Consider the above passage God send a delusion so people will believe in the lie.. People though Jesus was crucified but it was a delusion they saw.. Jesus Pbuh was taken up and all his followers according to the bible thought they saw him yet they didn't.. Why did they not recognise him? Why did they doubt him?
The Quran is Correct without doubt and this is also evident from the Gospels Christians possess...  That Jesus Pbuh was not killed, nor crucified but it appeared to them see Quran 4:157.

let the truth take over!!
